The Following rules apply to all Golf Carts used in one of Destin Days Rental Properties:

The person responsible for renting through Destin Days Vacation Rentals and who has agreed to the golf cart rules and regulations assumes complete liability for any bodily injury or property damage caused by the golf cart.

The person responsible for renting through Destin Days Vacation Rentals and listed below on this waiver is responsible for loss or any damage to golf cart and its accessories. The “Peace of Mind” Damage Waiver does not include coverage for the loss or damage of the golf cart or its accessories.

The person responsible for renting through Destin Days Vacation Rentals and who has agreed to the golf cart rules and regulations will be responsible for all tickets, fines and any fees required to recover the golf cart it is towed or impounded.

Golf carts are only allowed to be driven to and from your beach access and on the street in your community by a responsible person 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Refer to your property information guide for details about beach access.

When driving the golf cart, a personal, valid driver's license and a personal, current insurance card must be in the golf cart when being driven. In the event of an accident, the driver and his or her insurance company are responsible for any injuries and damages.

Golf carts are to be properly secured to avoid theft, damage or unauthorized use. Golf carts must left at your rental property and in the garage every night.

Rules of the road apply when golf carts are being driven. Golf carts must be parked in a valid parking spot where a normal vehicle would be parked while at the beach.

Please remove all trash from the golf cart and rinse off any sand and dirt prior to your departure.
