Golf Cart Waiver

The Following rules apply to all Golf Carts used in one of Destin Days Rental Properties:

1. The person responsible for renting through Destin Days Vacation Rentals and listed below on this waiver assumes complete liability for any bodily injury or property damage caused by golf cart. The “Peace of Mind” Damage Waiver does not include coverage for injury or damage caused by the golf cart.

2. The person responsible for renting through Destin Days Vacation Rentals and listed below on this waiver is responsible for loss or any damage to golf cart and its accessories. The “Peace of Mind” Damage Waiver does not include coverage for the loss or damage of the golf cart or its accessories.

3. Golf carts are only allowed to be driven on the street within the gated subdivision by a responsible person 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

4. Rules of the road apply when golf carts are being driven through the subdivision. The golf carts shall never exit the gated subdivision at any time for any reason. Exiting the subdivision will result in towing and impounding of the golf cart. The person listed below on this waiver will be responsible for all fees required to recover the golf cart.

5. Golf carts may be driven at night only if they are equipped with proper headlights and taillights.

6. Golf carts are to be properly secured to avoid theft, damage or unauthorized use. Golf carts must be left at your rental property every night and preferably parked in the garage.

By reading and signing this waiver, you are stating that you, your family, or anyone that utilizes the golf cart from your reserved rental property listed below has read, understands, and agrees to this GOLF CART WAIVER and hold both Destin Days II, LLC and the owner of the rental property you are staying in completely harmless and free of any and all liability that may arise from use of the golf cart.
