Recently voted the Emerald Coast's "Best Outdoor Bar", and "Best
Place to Watch the Sunset" AJ's claim to fame is rooted in Club
Bimini's awesome atmosphere, great bands and exceptional view. With
a full service cocktail bar and an upstairs deck for a great view,
Club Bimini also has live bands seven days a week. There is an

Air Force Armament Museum

The Air Force Armament is the only facility in the U.S. dedicated to
the display of Air Force armament. Visitors can view a variety of
historical Air Force planes, from a B-17 World War II bomber to an
F-4 Phantom II jet. There are extensive aircraft and armament
exhibits. Admission is free. Hours of Operation: Open daily from
9:30am to 4:30 p.m.

located near the entrance of the Eglin Air Force Base's main gate on
Hwy 85, between Shalimar (Fort Walton Beach area) and the Okaloosa

This water park is located in the heart of Destin and will thrill
kids of all ages with its dozens of slides, quiet pools, and the
biggest manmade waterfall in the world. The adventure park features
Tropical Mini Golf, Grand Prix Raceway, Cyclone thrill ride, Pakali
Arcade, Sky Coaster, and Super Speed Raceway. Spend all day and
check out both the water park and the adventure park.

This lovely park of moss-draped live oaks, abundant flora and
well-kept lawns is a favorite spot for locals and area visitors
wanting to spend time in a peaceful, natural, outdoor setting.
Visitors can enjoy the grounds, gardens, and picnic area daily from
8:00 a.m. to sunset. Home to the Wesley Mansion with its collection
of Louis XVI furniture that is the second largest in the United
States, Eden Gardens State Park also offers guided tours of the
house hourly Thursday through Monday (including holidays). A nominal
fee is charged for tours, and there is a picnic area with adjacent

This is a museum for children and families filled with more than 250
touchable, interactive exhibits that teach about natural phenomena
and basic scientific principles. Located in a beautiful waterfront
park directly on the sound in Fort Walton Beach, the Emerald Coast
Science is open year-round, but is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas
and New Year's, Fourth of July and Easter Day. Hours of operation
are Weekdays 9am to 4pm & Weekends 11am to 4pm. Admission fees are
currently: Adults $5.00; Children (4-17) $3.50; Seniors (55 and
older) $4.00; & Children 3 and under Free. Florida's Gulfarium

Florida's Gulfarium located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island
in Fort Walton Beach is the nation's oldest marine show aquarium.
The main attractions of the Gulfarium are the 3 different live
marine shows with dolphins and sea lions that you can see any day of
the week, rain or shine. There are also feed demonstrations between
shows and you can spend time strolling the park grounds and viewing
the animal exhibits. General admission fees run Adults (ages 12-61):
$17.50; Seniors (age 62 and over) $15.50;Children (ages 4-11)
$10.50; and Ages 3 and under are free when accompanied by a parent
paying the regular rate.

The Indian Temple Mound & Museum is a national historic landmark
that houses interpretative exhibits depicting 12,000 years of Native
American occupation. Over 6,000 artifacts of stone, bone, clay and
shell are here, as well as the finest collection of Fort Walton
Period ceramics in the Southeastern United States. Exhibits also
include artifacts from the European Explorers, local pirates, Civil
War soldiers and early settlers. Open September - May: Monday -
Friday 10 AM - 4 PM & Saturday 9 AM - 4PM. June - August: Monday -
Saturday 9 AM - 4:30 PM & Sunday 12:30 PM- 4:30 PM. There is a
